CUSTOMER CARE
Our terms and conditions are as follows

We will receive your order once full payment has been made

We will make your items ready to be shipped out to you, this can take up to three days depending on the day we receive the order

If an order has been made on Friday after 3pm, your order will not be shipped until 3pm Monday due to us working out amongst our apiariy sites

Some orders may take longer than others to prepare, if one of your items states a longer time than three days then all of your order will be shipped on that date so you receive all your items together

It takes 24hrs to process your order once payment has been made, up to 48 + hrs to make your product or otherwise specified.

Hoildays , Christmas for example are very busy periods please check with royal mail for last shipping dates and order in plenty of time.

We will send you out a notification of when your order is ready for collection or has been posted out to you.

Should you not receive your items within 7 days of notification of postage please contact us and we will chase the courier

Should your purchase arrive and it is damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us apon receiving the item within 48hrs. We will be happy to resolve any issues you may have.

Additionally please, pop your unused item back into the original packaging and return to us .

We can only issue you a refund once we get your package back please see statements above in returns

Should you have not ordered your product directly from us please return or contact the store to which it had been purchased for further advice

Customers will be responsible for returns postage cost, if problem was not our fault

if there are any issues with burning candles, use of leather conditioner, wood polish , and skincare also refer to our tips and guidance page or please contact us.

We do not issue refunds for goods that have been used over 60% and you decided you are dissatisfied and want a refund. Any issues should be raised in advance with the use of our tips and guidance page and by emailing us. We are happy to resolve any matters you have, rare though they are, but if you have for example continued to use a product and at the end of use you are then dissatisfied, and are just seeking a refund or money off your next order and did not make any attempts to contact before hand. Therefore you gave us no chance to resolve the matter for you and continued to use a product as if there was no problem with the product, and we want to ensure everyone has satisfaction with their products. Problems wouldn't happen at the end of use, it would happen at the start, and generally enquiries are only to do with incorrect candle burning so do take advantage of our endless information we had popped on our tips guidance page for you. Problems rarely arise however and we do regular testing on our products to ensure you have a great product every time.

Subscriptions;
If you choose to save with any of our subscriptions you must be willing to comply to the full term of the subscription you subscribed too.
To cancel subscriptions please either email staxofwaxltd@gmail.com or fill out our contacts form and we will be happy to remove you from your subscription as long as the terms above have been complied to, we will not contact you ask to renew, you can renew at any time at your choosing.
By purchasing any of our products you agree to all the content on this page and will abide to our terms and conditions.

Should you want an order more detailed or specific tailor made order please also feel free to contact us we are happy to help.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
We currently DO NOT accept wholesale orders on our products, this especially includes our beeswax candles or any bulk buy beeswax and we DO NOT offer white label service
We DO NOT offer discounts to large purchases, so please don't ask, we are very competitive already as your getting your product direct
PRIVACY & SAFETY
We currently only except payments made through PayPal and stripe card payments
Your personal information is only used to complete your order and is not collected or given out other than using PayPal/stripe third party.
Your details will not be given to third parties, however your email address may be used to give you information about your orders arrival time, a point of contact should we need to inform you of anything and to let you know about the offers we are having, sales, new products and such like .
should you wish for this not to happen please contact us and we will remove you from the mailing list.
